Our 2019 School Camp is being held from the 23rd to 27th of September at Finlay Park, right on Lake Karapiro.

Recommended Gear List

2019

 

  • 1 bag per person (not a suitcase please)

  • 1 packet of biscuits to be handed in for morning tea/supper

  • Sleeping bag or blankets, pillow, sheet

  • Pyjamas

  • Trackpants or long trousers

  • Shorts

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Sweatshirt or jumper

  • T-shirts

  • 1 set of old clothes: t-shirt, shorts and swimming togs

  • Plastic bag for wet and dirty washing

  • Jandals to shower in

  • Shoes; these will get dirty

  • Beach feet

  • Waterproof raincoat

  • 2 towels

  • Toilet bag – soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, facecloth, comb/brush, shampoo, roll-on deodorant

  • Sunhat

  • Drink bottle (named)

  • Sunblock

  • Torch

  • Camp book and pen

  • Any medication; to be handed in

 

  • Please ensure that everything is named so that misplaced items can be returned.

  • You will need to pack your own morning tea, drink and lunch for your first day of camp. We will feed you for the rest of the week!

  • All iPods, MP3 players, gaming consoles, cell phones, lollies, money and valuables are to be left at home.
