The sports leaders are very involved in promoting our first whole school event of the year - Athletics Day. They explained to new students what the day was all about, and helped with organisation and running the event. They have been refereeing games in our Inter-Class Tags Competition and leading their classes with their warm-up and fitness drills.

 

Next Term, our sports leaders will help organise the School Fun Run. Money raised will help go towards the purchase of rugby and netball uniforms to cater for the large increase in playing numbers for these codes. 

They will continue to support their class teacher as PE monitors, and to help ref and run the inter-class competitions throughout the year.
